Morgan Philpot is the managing attorney of JM Philpot Law. He is licensed in Utah and Oregon and practices in State and Federal Courts. He is skilled in high profile civil liberties and criminal cases, high conflict family law cases, civil litigation and has an appellate practice.

Morgan has obtained several settlements for clients including in the hundreds of thousands of dollars range. He has helped many clients avoid trial altogether through successful alternative dispute resolution. He is experienced in the courtroom, having participated in such high-profile cases as the Malheur Oregon Refuge Occupation case. He has practiced before judges in short bench trials to multiple months-long jury trials.
